This delicious conserve is made with Timperley Early Rhubarb, grown on our Tiptree farm, and coming into season as early as March some years. We harvest this iconic British crop as soon as it's ready, then add the best Madagascan Vanilla to create a truly stunning jam in which the tangy taste of the rhubarb is tempered with the sweetness of the vanilla.
