Rhubarb is one of the earliest crops on our Tiptree farm - coming into season in Spring. We use this iconic British vegetable (yes, it's a vegetable, not a fruit) to craft our delicious Rhubarb with Ginger Conserve, complementing the distinctive and tangy flavour of rhubarb with a warming kick of ginger to create a truly unique jam.
